The Eagles

After thinking a little about my last entry and The Eagles lyrics that I added, I thought that I would do an entry solely about The Eagles.

I have recently become a bigger Eagles fan. I have known a few of their songs for quite sometime, but really wasn't that big of a fan since I didn't know many of the songs. There was a concert special on NBC a few months back with the Eagles and I watched it. As I was watching, I began to notice that I knew more of their songs than I had first thought. I watched and was really enjoying what I was seeing and hearing. I found out at the end of the show that what NBC had shown was part of a DVD that was going to be released. There were quite a few songs that we left off of the NBC showing so I thought that I would get the DVD when it came out to hear all of the songs.

My mother bought the DVD for me Saturday. I watched it all and really enjoyed it. As a matter of fact, I have been watching it off and on since then. I cannot seem to get enough of it. These guys can really rock on their up-beat, rockin' songs and can really slow it down and be heartfelt with their ballads. They are a very talented band. It's a no wonder why they are in the Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame.

I would have to recommend this DVD to any music fan, especially Eagles fans. I think that you would enjoy as much as I do.

Here is the cover art of the DVD along with a list of the songs performed.
